Terms and Conditions

Please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions carefully. By making a booking, you agree to the terms of service described below. These terms are in place to ensure clarity, safety, and smooth service delivery for all clients.

Reservations:

All transportation services must be booked in advance. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Whether booking online or by phone, all reservations are subject to confirmation and approval.

Rates and Billing:

The cost of service depends on the type of vehicle you choose, the type of service (whether it’s hourly or point-to-point), distance traveled, and duration. Extra charges may apply for waiting time, additional stops, tolls, airport parking fees, and other incidental costs. Gratuity is not automatically included unless otherwise mentioned. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Waiting Time Policy:

For airport pickups, we offer a 30-minute grace period after the flight’s arrival for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. After the grace period, waiting time charges will apply in 15-minute increments, based on the hourly rate of the vehicle booked. For non-airport pickups, a grace period of 15 minutes is offered. After that, waiting charges will apply.

No-Show Policy:

If you are unable to locate your chauffeur at the designated pickup point, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately. If we do not hear from you and the driver is unable to locate you, the trip will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

Cancellation Policy:

For sedans and SUVs, we require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel a reservation without charge. For vans or larger vehicles, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. If you cancel after the required time frame, the full fare will be charged. Please note that special events, holidays, or large group bookings may require additional cancellation notice.

Change Policy:

Any changes to a reservation should be made as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but they are subject to vehicle availability and may result in additional charges.

Liability:

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, mechanical failures, or other events beyond our control. We are also not liable for any personal belongings left behind in the vehicle. Please check your belongings before exiting the vehicle.

Passenger Conduct:

We expect all passengers to behave respectfully and responsibly during the ride. Any passenger who causes damage to the vehicle will be charged for repair or cleaning. Smoking, vaping, or consuming illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.

Cleaning and Damage Fees:

If a vehicle requires deep cleaning due to spills, stains, or other messes caused by a passenger, a minimum cleaning fee of $250 will apply. If a vehicle is damaged, the cost of repairs will be charged to the client in full.

Safety and Compliance:

All chauffeurs are properly trained, licensed, and insured. Vehicles are routinely maintained to ensure they meet safety standards. For your safety, we require all passengers to wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion.

Privacy Policy

WAITING TIME:-
Wait time charges are $60 per hour (For Sedans), $75 per hour (For SUVs) on all wait times that occur after the given free grace Period has elapsed. Our state of the art reservation and dispatch software automatically checks and updates all incoming flight arrivals for all Airport pickups which is instantly updated on the chauffeur end for the accuracy and avoidance of wait time charges

GRACE PERIODS ARE:-
10 minutes on all local reservations.
30 minutes on all Airport domestic flights.
60 minutes on all Airport international flights.

CANCELLATION POLICY:-
20% Deposit is NON-Refundable on all reservations.
1. For Sedan and SUV Reservations we require 2 hours advance cancellations or reservation will be due in full, As for out of town pickups if the vehicle is already on the way then it’s a full charge if it’s not then its only 20% Cancellation.
2. For VAN Reservations we require 24 hours advance cancellation or balances are due in full.
3. For Stretch Limos and Buses (OTHER THAN PROMS & WEDDING RESERVATIONS) we require 72 hours advance cancellation or balances are due in full.

PROMS AND WEDDINGS:-
1. 20% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all Prom and Wedding reservations.
2. All Balances must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event (Cash, Check, or money order) or the reservation will be automatically canceled without notice.
3. Cancellations must be done two weeks prior to the event date or balances are due in full.

NO SHOW CHARGES FOR SEDANS:-
If fifteen minutes or more have elapsed from the dispatch and the passenger calls the dispatch office or the car has arrived and the passenger goes out to the driver to tell him/her that the job is canceled that is considered a billable no show which is a full fare charge.

If the customer did not show for his pick-up or called to cancel we will hold the car for 60 minutes and will try to contact the passenger during that time unless the customer authorized waiting time we will hold the car until the authorized wait time expires if no contact is made we will release the vehicle and it will be considered a billable no show which is a full fare charge Plus the wait time.

OUR POLICY:-
1. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
2. The sanitation fee is $250.00.Only charged in case of (Smoking, Vomiting or Trashing the limo) NO Exceptions.
3. The client assumes full financial liability for any damages to TVs, Radio, or DVD Players caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party with a minimum fee of $400 depending on the damaged item price.
4. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.
5. Smoking is not permitted in all of our limousines
6. Drug use is prohibited by law, the ride will be terminated immediately with no refunds, and any fines as a result of drug use inside our limos will be paid for by the customer in full plus all legal and attorney’s fees
7. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
8. The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible to provide a similar or an upgraded vehicle to continue the ride or making up lost time at a mutually agreed date if that is the customer’s wish.
9. Overtime pay will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet and the rate will depend on the hourly rate of the requested vehicle.
10. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
11. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
12. Balances must be paid in full prior to rendering the service. If paying by credit card we will charge the card on file 24 hours before the service date. If paying by cash you must pay in full to the driver before the beginning of the service. If paying by checks you will need to pay balances in full two weeks prior to the service date.
13. It is Illegal to load our Vehicles beyond seating capacity…
